I'm a Section Head under the Siniloan ICT Office (SICTO) at the Local Government Unit of Siniloan, where I design, develop, and secure the digital systems that serve our municipality—from document management to AI-assisted service platforms. I build them, I run them, and I pen-test them.
I'm an Information Systems Analyst and Section Head under the Siniloan ICT Office (SICTO) at the Local Government Unit of Siniloan, Laguna. My work spans the full lifecycle of government technology—analyzing needs, developing web-based systems, deploying them, and keeping them running for the offices and citizens who depend on them every day.
I don't just manage systems—I build them. I develop web applications using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and I've delivered platforms ranging from a municipal Digital Governance hub to an AI-assisted General Services Request System. I also perform basic penetration testing on our own applications, probing for vulnerabilities before anyone else can, so the systems I ship are secure by design.
As the Data Protection Officer for LGU Siniloan, I'm responsible for ensuring our digital services comply with the Data Privacy Act—implementing security protocols, reviewing how data is handled across offices, and building privacy into every system from the ground up. I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology to keep sharpening the engineering and security skills behind the platforms I lead.
Government platforms I've designed, built, secured, and maintain
DGP Siniloan is the municipality's unified digital services platform—a central hub that connects citizens and staff to services like Human Resources and Municipal Governance. I designed and developed the platform, including registration, authentication, and the single access point tying every module together.
GSRS lets staff submit, track, and manage IT support, repair & maintenance, and equipment requests for the Office of the General Services Officer. I built it end-to-end and integrated SHAI, an AI assistant that troubleshoots common IT issues in Tagalog or English and guides users to file the right request.
A document tracking system serving multiple government offices. I developed and maintain the platform, handle user training and troubleshooting, and keep it running smoothly for daily operations across the municipality.
A web-based system for managing and tracking the municipality's financial transactions and records. I developed and maintain the platform, ensuring accuracy, secure access, and Data Privacy Act compliance for sensitive financial data.
A real-time queue management system for the Treasury. I developed and manage it, providing technical support and monitoring performance so it runs smoothly for citizens and staff every day.
I built this responsive portfolio from scratch with HTML5, CSS3, and object-oriented JavaScript—including a PHP-powered contact form. It's a compact showcase of the front-end and back-end fundamentals behind the larger systems I develop.
